Coconut Milk
Break a raw coconut, grate it and squeeze out the milk or buy canned coconut milk at your grocery store, chose organic and unsweetened milk if possible. Wash the face with water before you apply the coconut milk over your lips and face for clean and glowing look.

Ginger is a famous for all of their active ingredients that work positive for our body, from remove free radicals to prevent skin damage. Make a good tea with ginger by soaking a piece of ginger root in a cup of water for about 5 to 10 minutes, add honey for sweeter taste and then drink it with pleasure. You can mix honey and ginger to a paste also (no or sparingly of water only) and apply it over your face. It’s preventing wrinkles and holds them at bay.
Sleep Well
In nowadays life for many of us is a struggle to have time enough for everything we want to do every day. Every time you actually need to sleep, but you don´t do it enough, influences how your skin looks. Our sleeping time needs are individual, but as a ground recommendation is at least 7 hour of sleep every night at regular basis. Strawberry Mask
Salicylic acid what’s strawberries contain is great for our skin, especially if we have scars or acne problem. Mix a 1/4th cup of mashed strawberries with the juice of a small lemon. Lemon is good to provide exfoliation and lighten up your skin. Add two tablespoons of honey (what is a great moisturizer) and 1/4th cup of plain, unflavored yoghurt. Stir it to a smooth paste, apply this paste over your face and wait until it´s dry, rinse it off with water.
Aloe Vera for Dry Skin
Aloe Vera is popular for people who have a dry skin. To avoid skin troubles you can take some almonds and grind up with aloe Vera gel. Apply it into your neck and face, let it be for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. People who were problem with dry skin are more likely to get wrinkles earlier in comparing to them those have more oily skin.
Some people have an excessive dry skin and suffer with flaking and skin peeling. For that Aloe Vera gel is a good moisturizer to use for repair the dry skin. You can use Aloe Vera, not only for your face, but for the entire body as well. For an extra moisturizing effect you can add some coconut oil into it.
Aloe Vera can use for sun tan also. Create ice cubes in the freezer with Aloe Vera juice. Then you went home after a sunny day, take a cube and rub it across your face for a nice feeling and remove the sign of tan.
Almonds and Ural Del
You can make a paste includes a teaspoon and 5 almonds, and let soak them overnight before grid it to a fine paste. This protein mask will improve your complexion. Apply it over the face and rinse after 20 to 30 minutes.
Yogurt
Yogurt is a good to use to get a soft and supple skin. Chose plain, unflavored yogurt and apply it over your face or anywhere on your body for about 10 minutes then rinse it off. It’s nice to do after a sunny day at the beach to remove sun tan, sunburn or redness of the face. Your skin feels as soft as a baby’s bottom.
A Slice of Lemon
To lighten and make the hard skin a little bit softer and cleaner you can take a slice of lemon and rub it on your body. You can chose which part of your body you want, but the most common to do this is around elbows, knees and feet.
Drink Water
Water is a very important source for us and one of the most useful nutrients for our skin. The opinions are many about how much water you needed a day, because everyone moves around more or less, have different size of the body, and therefore different demands. A simple advice is to listen to your body and if you feel thirsty, drink a glass of water, not more or less.
The water helps your body, maintaining balance of your body fluids, flush out toxins, helping to control calories, energize our muscles, helping your skin to look good and soft. Further, your kidneys use the water to maintain a normal bowel movement. All of this helps you to achieve a healthy and beautiful skin.
