Cleansing: Take cleansing milk, and massage on your face using your fingers in circular motion for about 3-5 minutes. Doing so, with the warmth and the massage, the pores will open and the dirt sitting inside the pores come out. Wipe the face with a damp, warm muslin cloth. If you don’t have a muslin cloth, use cotton pads to wipe of the cleansing milk. Warm muslin cloth helps to cleanse the dirt, even more deeply.

Egg is the best source of protein for your hair. The yolk is rich in fat and protein which is extremely moisturizing. The white is full of bacteria eating enzymes which cleanses your hair and scalp. Use a full egg for normal to dry hair. For oily hair and scalp, use only whites. Egg alone or mixed with more protein rich ingredients can be applied to the hair. This treatment can be used every two weeks or monthly. Take one egg or two depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Beat until frothy and apply it your hair and scalp. Make sure all your hair is properly covered with egg. Cover with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and shampoo. If you find the smell of egg unpleasant, add a few drops of lemon juice.

1) Cleansing your skin
It is very important to cleanse oily skin at least twice a day with a mild soap or facial wash that does not disturb skins natural balance. Cleansing removes oil and dirt that can clog pores. Harsh cleansers can dry out natural moisture and increase oil production where the oil glands work overtime to compensate the oil loss. Use warm water as it help dissolve oil. blackheads and oily skin is the most common skin type. It has a shiny appearance, contribute to bacteria growth and block pores when mixed with sebum. Skin oiliness is caused by sebaceous glands which are attached to hair follicles within the skin. Oiliness is affected by the way in which sebaceous glands work. The more sebum is produced, it blocks the follicle resulting in blackheads and pimples. Proper care of oily skin will help reduces.
2) Exfoliate
Exfoliating removes the dead skin and impurities that clog pores. Pour 1 Tbsp. of baking soda into your hand, and mix it with a small amount of water. Spread the baking soda paste onto your skin, and massage it in for 2 minutes. Rinse the skin well with water.
3) Tone
Use a toner to close the pores. The heat of a summer day and hot water used in washing your skin open up the pores wider allowing more oil to flow out. Use oil controlling toners. Avoid toners that contain alcohol as it dissolve oil and stimulate oil production.
4) Avoid heavy moisturizers
Oily skin does need moisture but heavy moistening creams and sunscreens should not be used which can increase oil production and block pores. Look for moisturizers that are specially formulated for oily skin. Always use alcohol free moisturizers and non comedienne products as they are oil free and wont clog pores.
5) Use Clay Mask on skin
Clay masks reduce oil. Blend together well 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for fifteen minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Do this at least twice a week.
6) Eat healthy and stay hydrated
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and remove toxins from body. Eating junk food or foods that are high in fats or sugars can actually make the skin look terrible. Eating fruits and veggies daily as well as large amounts of water can help wash away those impurities and keep the skin clean. Water is also great to give the skin a natural glow.
7)Relaxing you skin
Stress can result in skin problems. It stimulates oil on your face and cause breakouts and blackheads. If you have too much to worry about, just try to take at least 10 to 15 minutes of your day and relax in a hot bath to give your body and skin time to relax.
